Mushrooms

Late summer and autumn bring the mushroom harvest, arriving in one or several waves depending on how warm and wet the autumn weeks are.

What you will find

In a normal autumn the abundant species are the variegated bolete (Suillus variegatus), the tall russule (Russula paludosa), the orange birch bolete (Leccinum versipelle) and various milk caps (Lactarius). All are yours to pick under Everyman's Rights.
