Year-Round Guided Farm Visits
Meet our 200+ dogs and pups on a guided tour of the farm - available year-round, in winter and summer.
A guided farm visit is part of every safari and a stand-alone product in winter and summer. Walk-ins and tour groups are welcome year-round to meet our 200+ dogs and pups. Tours run in English, French and Finnish, sometimes German or Spanish. Book ahead for a particular language.
What happens on the tour
Tours start in the recuperation area near the house, where we compare Siberian and Alaskan huskies (with the odd Nenet Laika or Taimyr in the mix) and what each breed does best.
- Down at the farm: we share the sport's culture and history, introduce the kennel's characters and explain what arctic huskies eat, how we train them and how we care for them when sick
- Puppies: meeting any pups is always a highlight
- A loud welcome: expect one, our dogs love visitors
- Afterwards: socialise with the dogs and hand out treats (available for purchase)
Farm Visit Add-On Activities
In summer, start with a farm tour and add a taster ride by troll cart or quad bike (summer and autumn) or sleigh (winter and spring), a puppy agility session, a GEE HAW maze session or an evening feed challenge. Book this way and the tour is included in your chosen programme at no separate charge.
