Hetta Huskies runs husky safaris in the far north of Finland, 220km inside the Arctic Circle. Our basecamp (Hetantie 211, Enontekiö) sits 4km from Hetta, the county town of the municipality of Enontekiö and the main village of what Finns call 'Fell' Lapland, marketed internationally as 'Tosilappi' ('True' Lapland).

At 68 degrees North, this is one of Europe's last great wilderness areas. Little permanent habitation exists above this latitude anywhere in Europe, Russia or the Americas.
