Hiking with the huskies
Hikes range from one-hour walks to full journeys. Most suit the non-snow months, though some work in winter on snowshoes or cross-country or back-country skis. Your dog is attached to you by a skijoring line clipped to a waistbelt, so there is no fear of accidentally letting go.

Guided or self-guided
You can also hike without a husky. Some trails are well marked, others cross hundreds of kilometres of unmarked Arctic tundra and suit only the experienced. We can arrange guides or point you the right way. Check guide availability ahead for winter hikes. In summer we can often arrange one at short notice.
