Our Quality Commitment

Our Quality Commitment

Constantly looking for ways to enhance the quality of our products - outperforming standards and challenging out-dated models of working with sleddogs.

Quality is an ambiguous term in tourism, but an important one. We constantly look for ways to enhance the quality of our products from our clients' perspective.

  • We aim to outperform, not just comply with, industry standards and regulations
  • Driving the development of new industry standards in sled dog welfare
  • Product delivery monitored through client feedback
  • Consistent standard of care across all seasons
01

How we drive quality

We aim to outperform, not merely meet, every standard and regulation relevant to our industry. We challenge out-dated models of working with sleddogs by driving new industry standards in sled dog welfare, stay at the forefront of positive change, keep staff training sharply client-focused and monitor delivery through client feedback so we meet or exceed expectations, while solving our biggest challenges (such as answering client emails during multiday safari season).

02

Highly trained guides

Our guides work in some of the most extreme conditions on earth, so we train them to an exceedingly high level of competence. We prize consistent performance whatever the conditions, since every client should go home with a great-value, once-in-a-lifetime experience, delivered by guides flexible enough for constantly changing needs.

03

Consistent care, whatever the season

A client on an adventurous early-season multi-day safari should finish as positive as one travelling in the gentler Spring months. Their Arctic may differ fundamentally, but their experience of our care must be the same high standard throughout.
