Hetta Huskies is Finland's premier dog sledding company. We run short and multi-day safaris from our farm 220km inside the Arctic Circle in Finnish Lapland. Most routes wind through the northernmost reaches of Europe's ancient boreal (Taiga) forests, and some multi-day journeys climb onto the high plateaus of the Arctic tundra.

A leader in dog welfare
Our farm has operated since the winter of 2008-2009 and is known as one of the leading farms for dog health and welfare. We are working to establish best practices and codes of conduct that can be replicated across Scandinavia. Many visitors tell us that mushing with our guides and dogs was one of the most memorable experiences of their lives.
